Dear Dr. Franqui,
In an unrelated PR google search (unrelated to the military in PR, that is), I came across your dissertation. While I have not yet read it all—am probably 1/2 through it (hard to tell because I’m reading it on a Kindle)—I wanted to tell you that I find it impressive, and would be interested in talking with you.
